During more than 10 years I was Front Office Manager, Revenue Manager and Director of IT in 4 & 5* Hotels, I worked for Warwick Hotels International(R), Moevenpick Hotels & Resorts(R), Accor(R) and IHG(R).   During 3 years, I worked for Micros Fidelio(R) Switzerland as OPERA Implementation Specialist. I made several installations for different Hotel Brands, as InterContinental(R), Crowne Plaza(R), Express By Holiday Inn(R), Meridien(R) and Concorde Hotels(R). I have a Strong background in Hotel Systems, Hospitality Management and Revenue Management.
